Any requested amendments made by the customer after an order has begun can result in additional charges but these will be advised before completion of order.

As all items are handmade to order designs may vary very slightly. All sizes stated are approximate, crystal beads can be a mixture of crystals, czech fired glass and high quality acrylics. All wires are coloured wires, if you would like gold or silver plated wire please contact us for a quote.

As all pieces are individually handmade to order ~ we do not carry any standard or stock items and therefore items will usually be made and sent within 8 to 12 weeks depending on the size and nature of the order and current order schedule.

We reserve the right to amend prices on the site without prior notice. This of course does not affect orders paid for prior to the price change taking place.
