We accept two methods of payment either secure online payments by debit/credit card via Paypal or by UK cheque.

We require payment in full as confirmation of your order ~ if any discounts are applied to multiple orders this will only apply to the original order, ie if order decreases your original discount will not apply.
All prices quoted include delivery charges. All items will be carefully packaged and include gift wrapping and sent via either Recorded Delivery next day delivery, they will require a signature therefore please supply the best address for this.

Bouquets & Favours Ltd are not responsible for any failure by Royal Mail or International services to deliver the package or for any failure by the recipient to accept delivery. A parcel is not deemed missing or lost until 15 days have passed (or 28 days for international items). After this time we will submit a claim to Royal Mail and either refund you or replace your lost items.
